I don’t know about you but, in this travel series Havana was the stop I was most looking forward to. It was so diverse and so different than anywhere i’ve ever been. That made turning every corner so exciting because you didn’t know what was waiting for you! From medieval looking churches to a bright pink apartment building its truly a melting pot architecturally. I personally think thats what made it feel so unique. There wasn’t any uniformity and it was beautiful.
HOW ABOUT ALL THESE CLASSIC CARS AS WELL! They were everywhere and it was amazing. It made the whole city kind of feel like you had traveled back in time. Part of our tour in Havana was actually in a pink classic convertible and as you could probably imagine, it was so fulfilling.
While on our tour our wonderful guide had so much knowledge and we could tell how much she loved her country and her job which made the whole experience that much better! Ill link our exact tour bellow. It was 7 hours long. 3 1/2 hours spent doing an Old Havana walking tour then we got lunch and then the rest of our tour was spent in our classic car. It’s a great way to see all Havana has to offer.
My shirt I wore was actually a Chanel COCO CUBA scarf ( how fitting ) that I tied as a shirt. When we finally booked this trip I knew I needed a piece from the Cuba collection and I’m so happy I went with this scarf it was perfect.
I hope you guys like these types of posts. Of course they won’t be super often, I’m not able to travel quiet that much yet (one can only dream ). But I really love these travel related posts and traveling truly is a passion of mine.I love getting to share the knowledge I pick up, however small that may be with all of you!
