Dressy White T-shirt with Ruffles
You’ve probably noticed that white tops have been in rotation in my wardrobe lately. The reasoning is because I just love them so much! They are so versatile, and there are updated styles of classics everywhere now a days.
This one is the perfect example. It’s like an easy loose white t-shirt but with sole flare! That flare comes from the fun sleeves. The tiered ruffles are ADORABLE and I love that they stop just at the elbow. That’s not common in shirts and I think it makes it super interesting.
A new take on classic pieces always make for the cutest styles. Because they are super versatile you can literally style them anyway you want. Dress it up with some heels like I did or throw on some sandals and run some errands. Either way it’s a super polished look!
Wrap Skirt, Slides & The Perfect Summer Hairstyle
Its June and boy can you tell here in Arizona. I have to find hairstyles that gets all my hair up to cool me off. Otherwise I would shave my head or maybe just combust.
Eyelet Bell Sleeves & Distressed Jeans
So something great happened… I got a new pair of jeans! I’m always super excited when I find a new pair because jeans are a very personal and tricky thing. So tricky in fact that everyone knows finding “your” perfect pair really is means to celebrate.
I was really shopping around searching for a pair with unfinished ankles. Not only do these bad boys have those but they are also super distressed, and more mid/high rise. All of which, I love. They give an outfit a bit more edgy/laid back feel. Believe it or not I haven’t even told you the best part yet. They were only $37.00. Come thru Old Navy! Perfect example of why Old Navy is one of my favorite stores. It fits my champagne taste on a beer budget LOL!
Im not a big costume jewelry girl but I’ve been seeing statement earrings tons recently and I just love what they do for any outfit. So of course I had to hit up Target to check out the Sugarfix by Bauble Bar. I ended up with this blue pair and I’m really loving them. Honestly ill probably be heading back to pick they up in all the colors they come in. Im that type of girl. I like what I like!
While is was wondering around target as we all do, (Its the target wormhole ). I happened across these AMAZING sandals. Of course they only had a size 10 in stock so I had to order them online but I’m so happy I did! They’re dupes for a Sam Edelman pair that I fell I love with last month but didn’t end up getting. Im so happy I waited because I might love this pair even more. I for sure love the price point of the target pair more.
$25 vs $90 come on I didn’t even have to think about it, and honestly ill probably order them in the pink color as well. Its summer in AZ I can buy all the sandals my ginger heart desires!
So to sum everything up, I think its safe to say my summer wardrobe is coming along pretty nicely. Now the main question is what do I do with all my winter stuff in a tiny apartment for 6 months. Ill deal with that another time but for now, wishing you all luck with your style transition!
Colorful Gingham Button Down & Denim Mini
So its safe to say that we all know that I love gingham. Im not going to get back into telling you all why I love it so much for summer. I am however, going to tell you why I love this Ralph Lauren gingham button down.
Floral Romper & Denim Coat
Every year when it starts to heat up and summer is fast approaching, I set out to find some super lightweight and adorable wardrobe pieces. Summer dresses flowy rompers like this one maybe even some shorts. I still try to keep in mind if I can dress them up a bit for a summer date night but my main focus is usually daily wear.

Belize City, Belize
So if you clicked on this post chances are you have a general idea about what ( or more like where ) we are going to be talking about in this post. Belize city, Belize.
Belize truly has so much to offer especially when it come to shore excursions. It was hard for me to pick what I wanted to do the most while we were here. From Mayan ruin adventures to scuba diving the Great Blue Hole you have tons of really fun options to choose from. I’m not a very good scuba diver. I tried once many years ago in Hawaii and failed miserably! So as much as I wanted to dive the Great Blue Hole, it really wasn’t an option for us lol. But that didn’t take away from how amazing our time was however, because Belize is home to the second biggest barrier reef in the world and we spent the day snorkeling it. It was so beautiful and we got to see tons of marine life on and around the reef.
We continued on after snorkeling to a little island named Caye Caulker. Thats where we had lunch in a cute little restaurant named Fantasy that was along the beach. Thats were I met the little iguana seen it the picture below. After lunch we got back on our little speed boat and we drove about 10 minutes away to a place called Shark Ray Alley. It kind of speaks for itself. I swam with tons of nurse sharks, some sting rays, and even a sea turtle. All and all it was an amazing experience. We had a wonderful day filled with beautiful warm water, tons of marine life, and fun adventures.
